Thank you for illnesses and health, stumbles and ascents, work and rest, trials and ease.

Thank you for the brightest light and terrifying darkness that led me here and made me strong in my vulnerability.

Thank you for soothing me, kicking me, dragging me forward.

Thank you for the raggedy-ass, edgy, and generous lessons that left me raw with the road rash of truly living and loving…for experiences that taught me compassion and wisdom along the trail of…my extremely interesting life.
